Five steps to sign in safely

They apply to any existing account. If you are in the UK, read step three first.

  1. 1

    Start from a typed address

Type the primary domain listed below by hand, or use a bookmark you created. Never follow a sign-in link from an email, text or social-media message.

  2. 2

Check the page before your password

Look at the address bar: the exact domain, a padlock and no odd spellings. If anything looks off, close the tab and start again.

  3. 3

Expect a block from the UK

CasinoGuard found desktop and mobile geo-blocked from the UK. If you see a block notice, accept it. Do not use a VPN or a mirror to get round it.

  4. 4

    Use a strong, unique password

Choose a long password you use nowhere else, store it in a password manager and turn on any extra sign-in check the account settings offer.

  5. 5

    Keep problems in writing

If you are locked out, use the help section on the casino’s site, describe the issue in writing and save screenshots with the date and time.

Before you sign in

Check the domain against the list on this page before you type a password. If you are in the UK and the site shows a block notice, stop there.

The addresses on record

According to CasinoGuard’s record of 6 November 2026, the casino uses one primary domain and two numbered mirrors:

  • pawbets.com — primary domain
  • pawbets1.com — mirror, status “reported”
  • pawbets3.com — mirror, status “reported”

“Reported” means the mirrors were seen but not confirmed as belonging to the operator, Win Top Ltd. We cannot vouch for them. Treat any other address, especially one with a different ending or an extra word, as untrusted until you have checked it.

What CasinoGuard saw from the UK

Casino homepage opened from the UK on a computer, showing a 403 Access Forbidden page: this website isn't available in your region
The homepage opened from a UK connection on a computer, 6 November 2026: a 403 “Access Forbidden” page saying the site isn’t available in your region. Screenshot from the CasinoGuard access test; the tester’s IP address is blurred.

The same record includes an access test. From the UK vantage point, the desktop site and the mobile site both loaded with a block notice, recorded as “geo-blocked”. The Netherlands result was the same. No UK Gambling Commission licence appears in the record, so the block fits a casino that does not accept UK customers.

If you are in Great Britain and you see the block page, that is the answer to the login question. There is nothing to fix on your device.

Why we will not suggest a VPN or a mirror

Some sites advise switching to a mirror or connecting through a VPN when a casino blocks a country. We do not. Getting round a geo-block can breach the casino’s terms, and it can give the operator grounds to void winnings or close the account at the point of withdrawal. It also places you outside every UK protection: the 10x wagering cap on UKGC bonuses, the £5 slot stake limit (£2 for 18–24-year-olds), age and ID checks before play and the GAMSTOP exclusion scheme, which does not cover offshore sites. Our licence check covers the licence side in more detail.

Recognising a genuine sign-in page

Recognising a genuine sign-in page
  1. Read the full domain. Check every letter and the ending. Copycat pages often swap a single character.
  2. Look for the padlock. An encrypted connection is the minimum; it does not prove the page is genuine on its own.
  3. Watch for pressure. Pop-ups demanding urgent re-login or card details on the sign-in screen are a warning sign.
  4. Do not reuse links. Bookmark the address once you have checked it and use only that bookmark.

Passwords and account security

Use a password of at least twelve characters that you have never used anywhere else, and keep it in a password manager rather than a note on your phone. If the account settings offer an extra sign-in check, such as a one-time code, switch it on. Sign out on shared devices, and never share your login with anyone who says they work for the casino. A genuine operator does not need your password to help you.

Currency and identity at sign-up

The record lists 13 account currencies — AUD, BDT, BGN, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, HUF, NOK, NZD, PLN and USD — and GBP is not one of them, even though the GB cashier snapshot shows limits in pounds. Check which currency your balance is held in before you deposit, because conversion can change what limits and bonuses mean in practice.

Readers who submitted reviews to this site also mention identity checks before their first payout. The record does not publish the document list, so expect to be asked and keep copies of what you send.

Locked out or forgotten password

Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page and only the email address registered to the account. Support channels are not part of CasinoGuard’s record, so we cannot give you a chat link, an email or a phone number; use the help section on the casino’s own site. Describe the problem in writing, note the time it happened and keep the reply. Our troubleshooting page covers the most common account and cashier issues.

Signing in on mobile

CasinoGuard’s test covered the mobile site as well as desktop, and from the UK both showed the same block notice. If you are outside the UK and the mobile site loads, the same rules apply as on desktop: type the address by hand rather than tapping a link, check the domain in the address bar before entering a password, and avoid public Wi-Fi when you sign in or use the cashier. Do not install apps or files offered by third-party pages claiming to be the casino; the record does not list a downloadable app.

Before you log in

Check the domain against the list above, use a unique password and accept a block notice if you see one. If the site loads normally where you are and you are 18 or over, read the key clauses on our terms explained page first, then go to the casino.

FAQ

Questions UK readers ask

Which addresses are genuine?

CasinoGuard’s record of 6 November 2026 lists one primary domain and two numbered mirrors. The mirrors carry the status “reported”, meaning they were seen but not confirmed as belonging to the operator, Win Top Ltd. Type the primary address by hand or use a bookmark you made, and treat any other address as untrusted. Never sign in through a link that arrives in an email or message.

Why does the site show a block notice from the UK?

In CasinoGuard’s access test, both the desktop and the mobile site loaded with a geo-block notice from a UK vantage point. No UKGC licence appears in the record, so the casino most likely does not accept UK customers. There is nothing wrong with your device or browser. Accept the block rather than trying to get round it.

Can I use a VPN or a mirror to log in?

We strongly advise against it. Bypassing a geo-block can breach the casino’s terms and give the operator grounds to void winnings or close the account when you try to withdraw. It also takes you outside UK protections such as the 10x wagering cap on licensed bonuses, the £5 slot stake limit and age and ID checks before play.

How do I contact support if I cannot log in?

Support channels are not part of CasinoGuard’s record, so we do not list chat hours, an email or a phone number. Use the password-reset option and the help section on the casino’s own site. Write down what happened and when, keep screenshots and save any reply. This review site cannot access or reset casino accounts.
